The ULA Development Pathway

A 40-week personal development journey in four phases. Discover your identity. Develop emotional resilience. Find your purpose. Make a difference.

Forty weeks. Four phases. One journey.

A journey, not a course

The mindset side of ULA isn't a classroom course you sit through. It's a journey with a shape to it. Over 40 weeks it asks four big questions, one per phase, and gives you the tools to answer them for yourself.

The pathway runs over 40 weeks in four phases. Each phase is a 10-week camp, so you start with Phase 1 and carry on from there. Every phase ends with a week of reflection and review, and the whole journey ends with a graduation.

It's written from a Christian worldview, and it's built so that anyone can engage with it, whatever they believe.

Four big questions

One question per phase

  • Phase 1

    Who am I?

  • Phase 2

How do I relate to others?

  • Phase 3

What am I called to do?

  • Phase 4

How can I make a difference?

Underneath the whole pathway sits what ULA believes about every person.

  • Every person has value.

  • Every person can change.

  • Every person has a purpose.
